The creatures that you make in this editor can be used as a playable species if you choose to begin in the Creature Stage. It is essentially an hybrid between the Cell and Creature creators: it has all the parts of the Cell editor, but with the addition of three types of legs and the full 3d appearance of the Creature Creator.
